Introducing the Angel Kitchen Party Range
Updated: 32 minutes ago
One of the comments I hear most often from Andrew, my husband, and from guests is that when they see the host busy running around during a gathering—cooking, serving, checking the oven and worrying about the table—they find it harder to relax and enjoy the food themselves.
I understand that feeling very well.
When you invite people into your home, you want to give them something beautiful to eat. But you also want to sit down, talk, laugh and actually enjoy the people you invited.
That is the idea behind the new Angel Kitchen Party Range.

I wanted to create food that works naturally for birthdays, family gatherings, church groups, office celebrations and those occasions when you simply want to put something generous on the table without having to make everything yourself.
The range will bring together both savoury and sweet Angel Kitchen favourites, with the same philosophy I use throughout my kitchen: good ingredients, thoughtful preparation and food made to be shared.
Mini Vietnamese Spring Rolls

One of the first additions will be Mini Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
Small, crisp and easy to serve, they are being developed with two fillings: a classic Pork version and a more luxurious Crab, Prawn & Pork version.
Each party box will come with Angel Kitchen’s Nước Mắm Chua Ngọt—the sweet-and-sour Vietnamese fish sauce I make to accompany them.
They are the kind of food people can simply pick up, dip and enjoy while talking around the table.
French Chicken Liver Pâté with Hennessy

I am also bringing another favourite to the party table: French Chicken Liver Pâté with Hennessy.
Smooth, rich chicken liver pâté is finished with a touch of Hennessy cognac for warmth and depth, then served with fresh baguette.
It is simple food, but when the balance is right, it feels very special—and it is something that can be placed on the table and enjoyed without fuss.
And Something Sweet…

Of course, a party needs something sweet.
Angel Kitchen’s French Cream Puffs and Celebration Cakes can sit alongside the savoury range, allowing you to create a table with something crisp, something rich, something light—and something beautiful at the centre.

I don’t want the Party Range to become complicated.
In fact, the aim is exactly the opposite.
I want it to be a small collection of things I know I can make well, prepared carefully and presented so they are easy to serve and easy to share.
Because for me, good party food should allow the host to spend less time worrying about the table and more time enjoying the people around it.
The Angel Kitchen Party Range is still growing, and I’ll be sharing more as each item is tested and finalised.
But the heart of it is already very clear:
Food for gathering. Food for sharing. Food made with joy and passion.
Angel Kitchen
Made to share, made with passion.
